“We have been working with BOBST Group for over 20 years. We have experienced their reliability in supplying machinery and spare parts,” says Carlo Taschetti, President of Cartorobica S.p.A.

“The BOBST EXPERTLINE is not only the best solution for productivity with a single start-up time and lower labor costs. It also represents more than just a production line; the EXPERTLINE reflects BOBST’s vision for the future of packaging.
With this strategic investment, BOBST enables us to perform each step of the production process with accuracy and quality.”

“BOBST has introduced a feature that enables immediate responses through a direct connection to the new production line” says Christian Piazzoni, General Manager of Cartorobica S.p.A.
“A direct link to BOBST assistance gives us peace of mind, especially for any electronic issues. We are very pleased with both the production line and the support staff from BOBST, who have been excellent during installation and in all post-sales support.”
With a new versatile and highly automated production line, Cartorobica has improved its printing and cutting capabilities. The Italian packaging specialist can now meet the market challenges for faster delivery of high quality cardboard boxes and other corrugated products with the BOBST EXPERTLINE, which replaces an older die-cutting machine.
The BOBST EXPERTLINE is a highly automated packaging production line that combines the BOBST EXPERTFLEX post-print flexo press for printing with the BOBST EXPERTCUT flatbed die-cutter for cutting.
The EXPERTLINE can produce a wide range of corrugated board products, such as e-commerce solutions and boxes for FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
The configuration at Cartorobica also includes a LOADER AF feeder, BREAKER 2 FLAT TRACK blank separator, and PALLETIZER system for advanced and fully automated handling of corrugated board, making the work easier for operators.
