Can you tell me about eProductivity Software’s innovations in corrugated technologies?
At drupa, we’re thrilled to showcase our Corrugated Suite, a comprehensive collection of solutions designed to enhance every aspect of corrugated manufacturing. This suite includes advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), real-time plant floor data collection for converting processes, optimized scheduling for the corrugator, and extensive data collection for corrugated manufacturers. One of our key highlights is our state-of-the-art roll stock management system.
These systems have been staples in the market for quite some time. However, we are now introducing a modernized approach, particularly with our converter data collection technology. We are launching a new web-based application that collects real-time data directly from the shop floor, seamlessly integrating it with the various applications within our Corrugated Suite.
Additionally, we have been demonstrating our new roll-stock solution, which allows corrugated companies to meticulously trace paper-to-board production and optimize roll-stock utilization throughout the manufacturing process.
One of the standout features we’re presenting is our Escada corrugator control technology. This innovative system incorporates intelligent set-point technology and advanced warp control mechanisms.
Ben Young, Senior Product Specialist (Escada) – We are particularly excited about our warp control solution tailored for corrugated manufacturers. This solution provides a complete process control system with a closed-loop mechanism.
As you can see, it measures the shape of the board coming off the corrugator in real time and automatically corrects any deviations, ensuring consistent quality. This is just one component of our extensive offering, which includes complete process control and sophisticated recipe management.
