This success story began with just four employees and now includes a network of three plants and almost 250 employees.
The Beginnings: A Foundation for Growth
In 1999, Marbach Poland was founded in Tarnowskie Góry with just four employees. By 2002, a second plant was established in Kielce, also starting with a small team.
The construction of a new plant in Tarnowskie Góry in 2008 marked a significant turning point, setting the stage for future growth. By 2012, the company had surpassed 100 employees, reflecting the growing demand and trust in Marbach’s products.
Continuous Growth and Strategic Milestones
The ongoing demand for cutting-dies led to major investments, including a 50% expansion of the Tarnowskie Góry plant in 2013 and the construction of a new plant in Kielce in 2014. In 2019, capacities were doubled to meet market demands.
A key milestone was the acquisition of “Wykrojniki Polskie” in 2019, which strengthened Marbach Poland’s market position and expanded its product and service portfolio.
Sustainability as a Core Principle
Marbach Poland is committed to sustainability. In 2020, a 50 kWh photovoltaic system was installed at the Kielce plant, followed by a 340 kWh system in Tarnowskie Góry in 2023, underscoring the company’s dedication to environmental sustainability.
Marbach Poland Today: A Strong Part of the Global Marbach Group
Today, Marbach Poland employs nearly 250 people across its three locations in Tarnowskie Góry, Kielce, and Poznań, making it a crucial part of the Marbach Group, which boasts over 1,600 employees at 20 locations worldwide.
