“After a year and a half of dedicated effort, we are proud to announce that our new plant in Navalmoral de la Mata is now a reality. Countless hours have been invested in this project since its inception, but it has all been worth it,“ says Fernando Javier Tolosa Perez, Director General at Ondupack.

The factory represents a significant investment of 49 million euros and is expected to produce 200 million square meters of corrugated cardboard annually.
The new facility, which spans 60,000 square meters with potential expansion to 80,000 square meters, is equipped with advanced technology and automated systems to ensure the highest quality standards.
Key features of the facility include:
• Fosber Corrugator: 2.80 meters wide, operating at a speed of 420 meters per minute.
• BOBST Rotary Die Cutter: 1600×2800 mm, 5-color high graphics, equipped with dryers, interchangeable anilox rolls, artificial vision, and dual splitters.
• BOBST Casemaker: 900×2400 mm, 5-color high graphics, equipped with dryers, interchangeable anilox rolls, artificial vision, and dual fold.
• Emmepi Automatic Horizontal Warehouse and Emmepi Output Line.
This expansion is projected to increase Ondupack’s total production capacity to 320 million square meters by 2030.
