“This project brings together the most advanced technology available to deliver even more efficient and high-quality packaging to our customers,” says Cristiano Teixeira, CEO of Klabin.

“The strategic location of this unit in one of Brazil’s major consumer hubs provides Klabin with a significant logistical advantage, enabling faster distribution to clients across the country.”
Klabin, Brazil’s leading producer of paper and sustainable packaging solutions, celebrated the inauguration of its newest industrial unit in Piracicaba, São Paulo. Known as Piracicaba II, this state-of-the-art facility is now the largest and most modern corrugated packaging plant in the Americas.

It features cutting-edge Industry 4.0 technologies, including two high-speed corrugators, nine advanced printers, and fully automated logistics systems.
Located on a site spanning over 1 million square meters, with a built area of 102,000 square meters, the facility also prioritizes sustainability.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by São Paulo Governor Tarcísio de Freitas, Piracicaba Mayor Helinho Zanatta, and other dignitaries, alongside Klabin executives and industry leaders.
