Interview with Kenneth Morrow, President and Genevieve Morrow, VP of Magna Products Corp. at SuperCorrExpo 2024.
Magna Products Corp. is a company based in Rochester, New York, specializing in the remanufacture and repair of servo motors, amplifiers, and power supplies. These components are essential for various lines in corrugated factories and other industrial applications.
What interesting products are you bringing to SuperCorrExpo 2024?

This is our second time at the exhibition, and we’re really excited to be here. I think that Magna has a lot to offer to partners in the corrugated industry. What we do is remanufacture and repair servo motors, amplifiers, and power supplies used in various lines in corrugated factories. With remanufactured parts on the shelf, we can help get places that are down running basically overnight at a fraction of the price.
Additionally, we offer repairs so that you don’t have to throw out your equipment. You can keep using the same items. If you have something that you’ve been told is obsolete, we might be able to help you keep it running. Many people have had to go through very expensive retrofits, and we’ve been able to save companies a lot of money by avoiding that.

I think SuperCorrExpo has been a very good show for us, and we’re happy with it. We’ll be here in four years.
We’ve also met a lot of great friends. The people in this industry are just wonderful. It’s been really great in terms of interpersonal connections too. Absolutely, we can help a lot.
We can even provide support if you’re getting an error code on your machine or if your team is having trouble with troubleshooting. We’ve got documents that can help with that, and we have engineers on staff who can assist.
For purchasing teams, the budget can really benefit from using remanufactured repairs, and it saves our planet too.
What about sustainability?
Sustainability is important. The remanufacture and repair market promotes sustainability by preventing items from ending up in the garbage or being melted down. You can keep using them, which is like recycling automated products.
Thank you for featuring us.
Thank you.
