Please tell us about your company.
Hello corruga.experts! We are a Latin American company that is expanding worldwide. Our main operations are in Colombia and Mexico, and we are looking to expand into the United States and possibly further into Europe.
We manufacture conveyor systems for the corrugated industry, connecting your corrugator to the packaging line to help you control and implement the best automation processes in your manufacturing facilities. We would be more than happy to help you understand your needs to improve production, reduce times, and get the most out of your cardboard converters and corrugated machines.
MATEC SAS is an intralogistics company distinguished by its engineering expertise, knowledge, and close relationships with its clients. With over 44 years of experience, MATEC specializes in implementing customized and comprehensive solutions across various industrial sectors.
Please give us a shout. We are more than happy to assist you, provide our engineers for your project, and offer you an amazing solution at the best possible price.
Do you know what sustainability is? Because everyone talks about it.
It’s very interesting that you mentioned it because we actually have a special line where we develop these conveyors.
Can you show this?
Absolutely. Come on. With these conveyors, we can equip them with sustainable and low-consumption electric motors to reduce your electrical consumption and be more efficient.
This will help you achieve LEED certification for your facility. You can connect them to work with solar panels and other sustainable technologies to improve the sustainability and operation of your manufacturing facility. Low-friction systems can be embedded between the bands by the elastic band to further reduce electrical consumption.
Although this is not standard, it can be done if you want to invest in your solution and be more efficient and sustainable over time. Most of our steel is produced with recycled materials, ensuring top quality. These materials can be recycled hundreds of times without any issues. We work with the best materials.
