Interview with Paolo Radaelli, CEO of the company, at CCE International 2025.
What are the main trends you see in the corrugated board industry today, and how is your company responding to these challenges?
One of the most common installations we’ve been involved in over the past month has been on printing machines and corrugators.
To address the industry’s needs, we’ve developed solutions like dust removal systems for these machines and air ventilation systems within soundproof cabins for corrugators. These innovations help enhance operational efficiency while maintaining workplace safety.
Founded in 1984, New Aerodinamica s.r.l is a leading Italian company specializing in industrial dust extraction systems. Headquartered in Italy, the company designs and manufactures custom vacuum systems tailored to industries such as corrugated cardboard production, packaging, paper, aluminum, and plastics.
What technologies or products are you presenting at this expo, and how can they improve production processes for our viewers?
This year, we’re showcasing our new reinforced impeller for chopper fans. This redesigned impeller features blades that optimize the reduction of scraps and trims while increasing performance.
The new shape of the impeller also lowers energy consumption, making the process more efficient and cost-effective for manufacturers.
In your opinion, what will be the biggest challenge for corrugated board manufacturers in the next five years, and how is your company helping to address these challenges?
Predicting the market over the next five years is challenging, especially considering how unforeseen events like the COVID pandemic have impacted industries.
However, at New Aerodinamica, we are consistently focused on improving machine performance and ensuring that manufacturers can maintain reliable results. By staying adaptable to market shifts, we help businesses overcome uncertainties and keep operations running smoothly.
How does your company support sustainability and eco-friendliness in the corrugated board industry?
Sustainability is a top priority for us. We’re focused on developing materials and systems that minimize energy consumption, reduce maintenance needs, and extend the lifecycle of spare parts. These efforts contribute to more eco-friendly operations within the corrugated board industry.
What message would you like to share with corrugated board manufacturers worldwide who are watching this interview?
Collaboration is essential. Our role is to work hand-in-hand with manufacturers to create solutions that address current and future market requirements. When our customers succeed, we succeed as well.
Thank you for your time. Thank you for the interview!
Thanks a lot!
