The AICC 2025 Annual Meeting is gearing up to spotlight the future of packaging technology — and supplier innovation is taking center stage. Companies are invited to submit proposals for the Supplier Innovations Sessions, scheduled for October 7–8 in Chicago, where cutting-edge developments in AI, automation, and plant efficiency will be showcased to a high-level audience of converters and industry leaders.
🧠 What AICC Is Looking For:
- New technologies or services launched after April 2024
- Innovations that enhance plant efficiency, especially those using AI or advanced automation
- Presentations must be brief (5 minutes), in-person, and non-commercial (no pricing info)
📋 Submission Guidelines:
- Deadline: Friday, August 15, 2025
- Abstracts: 75–100 words, including launch date and expected savings
- Only one submission per company
- Presenters must be registered attendees and AICC Associate Members in good standing
Selected companies will be featured in the official program guide, event website, and pre/post-event promotions. Handouts may be displayed around the session room perimeter, but not distributed during the presentation.
