The event will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, from September 8-12. BW Converting’s innovations will be on display at booth #1911.
BW Converting will showcase how corrugated printers can achieve more with less at SuperCorrExpo 2024. Featuring Baldwin and Winkler+Dünnebier (W+D) technologies, the company will demonstrate optimized solutions for high-graphics package printing, drying, and e-commerce mailing bag manufacturing.
FlexoCleanerBrush™
BW Converting will highlight the Baldwin FlexoCleanerBrush™, a fully automated flexo plate-cleaning system up to 126 inches (3.2 meters) wide. This system enhances print quality and improves worker safety by automatically removing dust and contamination from the plate during production without stopping the press.
It also performs full end-of-job plate cleaning and drying in less than four minutes, increasing uptime, reducing environmental impact, and saving thousands of dollars annually in consumables.
The FlexoCleanerBrush™ improves safety by eliminating routine operator contact with the machine and reducing the risk of injuries. Its carbon fiber core ensures stable, uniform, and consistent cleaning across the entire plate width while maintaining minimal weight.
FlexoDry IR
BW Converting will also feature the Baldwin FlexoDry Infrared (IR) system, designed for corrugated flexo printing presses. This integrated IR drying system maximizes press throughput, boosts production speeds, and reduces energy consumption.
Utilizing patented Diamond IR lamps, the system focuses powerful IR radiation with a unique ceramic reflector, resulting in 30% energy savings compared to other IR lamps. The system’s optical design enhances color definition and reduces marking, enabling high-speed, confident printing.

“Baldwin continues to increase its brand recognition in the corrugated space,“ says Craig Black, Vice President of Sales of Baldwin.
“We are excited to showcase products that enhance safety, reduce press downtime, and deliver higher-quality output. Our leading IR drying technology significantly reduces energy consumption, and our cleaning systems drastically cut water and solvent usage. We are proud to be recognized for having the best cleaning and drying products in the market.”
