The agreement was formalized at the HSA Group headquarters in Dubai, with Mr. Muneer Ahmed Hayel Saeed, Chairman of ARMA Group and Managing Director of HSA Egypt, and Ms. Zeina Khan, Managing Director of BHS Corrugated Middle East, representing both parties.
“This agreement is another milestone in Cepack Group’s continuous achievements in leading the packaging journey with the highest quality standards and latest technologies,” said Mr. Saeed during the signing ceremony.

The new corrugator line is expected to be fully operational by early 2026, supporting Cepack’s strategic goals in meeting growing demand and enhancing operational agility.
