Interview with Leonard Dürr, Head of Sales of Conprinta GmbH & Co. KG at FEFCO 2023.
We are here at FEFCO. How do you like the exhibition?
First, thank you for having me in your interview. For me personally, it’s my first time at a technical seminar event. I like it very much. It’s good to talk to current customers and to possible future customers as well. I really enjoy it here. My company enjoys it here.
With our application, you can do spot varnish and hybrid printing, and that fits the customer needs
What exactly did Conprinta bring here? What is your goal in this exhibition?
Here we are with our CONPRINTA PVS systems for printing and varnishing as an inline addition to digital roll-to-roll preprint machines. With our application you can do spot varnish and hybrid printing and that fits the customer needs. We also want to bring it a bit closer to the people who don’t know our systems yet.
What are your expectations after the show?
We hope to make some good contacts. Like I always mention, for us, it’s very important to have a deep connection with our customers. I hope, like I said, to talk to a lot of people and bring them our technology a bit closer.
How did you perform in 2023? What goals did you have and what did you accomplish this year?
Like I said, with our systems, the last two years have been very, very exciting. We are in several projects currently and we are looking very positive to the future. We expect to grow our business, go to other markets, other countries. I think our company has performed well and will perform even better in the future.
Our company stands for freedom
Maybe something else you want to add. Like for your customers what they want to hear.
Maybe not for our customers, it’s some personal thing or what our company and our owner stands for. During the current situation in the world, maybe it’s time to settle down a little bit. We hope that the war in Ukraine and Israel stops as soon as possible, and our company stands for freedom and hopes that this will find an end very soon.
