After a remarkable 23 % increase in visitors from the previous co-located show edition in 2023, CCE International is ready to take the spotlight from 11 – 13 March 2025, in Munich, Germany. Along with ICE Europe, the world’s top exhibition for the conversion of flexible, web-based materials, this edition of CCE International will present an improved print experience, with a wider range of print-oriented offerings, ensuring an engaging and rewarding experience.
The corrugated and folding cartons sector faced a tough time in 2022 and 2023, especially in Europe, as it is widely recognized by the industry dynamics. Despite the slump of a cumulative 10 % drop in corrugated demand and a less severe decline for folding cartons, a glimmer of hope appears as demand stabilizes, reaching 2019 and 2020 levels for corrugated and folding cartons. The industry looks forward to the current year with careful optimism, expecting a 2 % increase for folding cartons and 1.9 % for corrugated, driven by organic growth and a significant shift away from plastic.
As the industry prepares for the upcoming show, there is a strong indication that this growth trend will persist throughout 2025, adding more excitement and anticipation.
