The Klabin Piracicaba II site, one of the largest and most advanced facilities in the Americas, is equipped with two corrugators and nine printers. Emmepi Group supplied a comprehensive automated production flow system from the corrugators to the finished goods line.
The installation featured advanced technologies such as corrugator exit lines with X-Y matching systems, compactor lines, infeed/outfeed lines, WIP vertical storage with stacker cranes and automated palletisers for the casemaker. The finished goods exit line consisted of pallet inserters, top cover inserters, multi-level horizontal storage systems, strapping and redoubling machines and pallet presses.
The installation included the integration of WIP vertical storage and palletisers, designed to optimise production flow and ensure maximum efficiency. The Emmepi Group equipment was seamlessly integrated with Klabin Piracicaba II Unit’s ERP system to facilitate optimal plant performance and monitoring.
