Emmepi Open Day in Brazil – Automation Shown in Real Production

Emmepi Group is currently holding its Open Day in Brazil at Klabin’s Piracicaba II facility from April 22 to 24 — not in a showroom, but inside a working corrugated plant. The event is now underway and follows a structured three-day format, with the same agenda repeated for different groups of visitors.

Each session includes:

  • corporate and technical presentations,
  • analysis of plant layouts and automation strategies,
  • a guided visit inside the facility,
  • and dedicated time for discussion, networking and exchange.

Why this matters for corrugated board

The most important point is not the event itself, but the setting.

Emmepi is showing its solutions inside Klabin Piracicaba II, described by the company as one of the largest and most technologically advanced corrugated packaging facilities in the Americas. That changes the meaning of the Open Day completely.

Visitors are not looking at concepts or static presentations. They are seeing automation, plant flow and material handling in a real production environment.

What happened on Day One

In its follow-up post, Emmepi said the first day brought together industry professionals and partners in an open and collaborative environment.

The company highlighted:

  • meaningful conversations,
  • different perspectives,
  • and strong collaboration.

The program then continued into Day Two with a new visitor group.

What Emmepi is really showing

The Open Day format is built around three things:

  • technical know-how,
  • engineering solutions,
  • and industrial proof.

Instead of explaining automation through slides alone, Emmepi is using a live plant to show how its systems work in practice. That includes production flow, layout logic and real operational coordination.

Why this is important for the industry

This matters because the corrugated industry is moving away from theoretical presentations and toward proof inside real factories.

That is a different level of sales, a different level of credibility, and a different way of showing value to customers.

corruga.expert — Bottom line

Emmepi’s Open Day in Brazil is not just an event.

It is a clear example of how automation is now being presented to the corrugated industry:

not through brochures alone, but through real production.

And that is exactly why it matters.
