How It Works
The Flexo Cleaner Brush gently contacts the flexographic cliché while precision spray technology delivers a controlled mixture of water and Detergent to the surface of the brush. This process ensures thorough cleaning across different operating modes and simultaneous cleaning across all print units, with the system ultimately also drying the cliché completely from an integrated high speed air knife, allowing it to be stored and reused for the next print job. Production run cleaning can also eliminate Hickeys which cause print defects from paper dust, enhancing the quality of the printed product.
