This powerful combination enables manufacturers to produce high-quality, high-graphic boxes with a streamlined and highly efficient process.
The HP PageWide press technology has significant benefits over traditional litho printing, such as better economics, high productivity, operational efficiency, and great flexibility to speed up turnaround times while lowering minimum order quantities.
With consistent high quality and vivid color reproduction across a wide range of papers, the T700i and T1195i Presses deliver stunning results for various packaging applications.
The Fosber Quantum Corrugator complements HP’s 67 in. and 110 in. presses, offering exceptional performance and versatility. It ensures consistent quality for microflute production, handling lightweight papers down to 50gsm/10lb mfs and is available in 70 in. and 98 in. width. Faster and wider than a laminator, the Quantum Corrugator provides higher productivity and production flexibility. It supports standard plain board as well as varnished and special coated options.
Moreover, the Quantum Corrugator allows the production of larger printed sheet sizes, further increasing creative possibilities for packaging manufacturers. With an OEM interface seamlessly integrating the E+L Smartline camera system, the Quantum Corrugator enables easy coordination of job changes within a roll. This means that the T700i and T1195i Presses can effectively print rolls containing multiple jobs, adjusting order sizes to match downstream converting processes and customer demand.
