The first factory currently produces five different configurations of complete Pro/Line corrugators with a width of 2200, 2500 and 2800 mm and an operating speed of 270 and 320 m/min, as well as equipment management software
“The construction of a new intelligent factory for corrugator production lines is a milestone for Fosber Asia,” said Chairman of Dongfang Precision Group Tang Zhuolin, opening the groundbraking ceremony.
“Fosber Asia will uphold the principle of high standards and strict requirements, to achieve management upgrades, capacity upgrades, intelligent and digital upgrades, to promote the development, so as to make our own contribution to the development of the industry.
“After the completion of the new factory, Fosber Asia‘s production capacity will be greatly improved and we can respond to customer needs and serve customers faster and better.”
The new factory is located in Songxia Industrial Park, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, with an estimated investment of about ¥500m (over $73m), mainly used for production and R&D of corrugated equipment. The project covers an area of about 80 acres (around 325,000 sqm).
At present, Fosber Asia has a plant area of about 17,000 sqm, of which the assembly and commissioning workshop covers about 16,000 sqm. The company’s products are large, so limited space affects the productivity of the plant. The constant demand for equipment requires the commissioning of new areas to meet it and further develop the company.

Guangdong Fosber Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (Fosber Asia) was founded in 2014. It is is a joint venture established by Fosber Group and Guangdong Dongfang Precision Science & Technology Co., Ltd.
The company’s headquarters and manufacturing center are located in Foshan (Guangdong Province, China).
Fosber Asia introduces high-performance corrugators from Fosber Italy and localizes them in China in accordance with the needs of customers in the Chinese and Asian markets.
In 2017, Fosber Asia produced its first complete corrugator.
To date, the company has installed over four dozen complete corrugators operating in the Asian and Middle East regions.
