Hello Paolo, it’s a pleasure to meet you at the show. Tell us about your company.
Kemind srl. is an Italian manufacturer of chemicals for the production of corrugated cardboard and paper with a history of almost 40 years. We are located near Milan and sell our products to Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
What did you bring here?
Sustainable chemicals that serve as glue enhancers. They are 100% natural: the first is based on cellulose microfibers, and the second on graphene.
2022 has been good for us, although the end of it and start of 2023 were not fantastic. Let’s hope the market restarts soon in a good way.
We are currently looking to expand our business. Until recently we have been manufacturing chemicals for other companies and just 5-6 years ago started selling them directly to customers under our own brand.
How do you plan to implement the extension?
We invest heavily in laboratories and production facilities and collaborate with research centers and universities in Northern Europe to launch new products and applications.
Our ultimate goal is to expand our market position to provide a good business in most of the world. We would like to become a major player in the market.
What about CCE?
It’s the second time we have a stand at this exhibition. The first time was in 2022, but it was a strange after-COVID time and the start of the war in Ukraine, so there were not many visitors.
This year people have started traveling again and we have a lot of contacts with both regular and potential clients.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
Kemind is ready to enter new markets, we have many agents and distributors all over the world and we think we can do a good job in the future.
