What are the main trends you see in the corrugated board industry today, and how is your company responding to these challenges?
Our company specializes in producing packaging equipment, focusing on the end-of-line process. This means our technology meets customer requirements for packaging their products and pallets.
We ensure efficiency, reliability, and high-quality packaging that protects the product all the way to its final destination.
Messersì Packaging is an Italian company specializing in advanced packaging technologies, including strapping, stretch wrapping and stretch hooding.
What new technologies or products are you presenting at this expo, and how can they improve production processes for our viewers?
We promote our four main packaging technologies: strapping, stretch wrapping, thermal shrinking, and stretch hooding. Today, the market trend is to introduce stretch hooding—a special elastic material that covers the pallet completely on all five sides. This guarantees excellent protection from dust and adverse weather conditions.
In your opinion, what will be the biggest challenge for corrugated board manufacturers in the next five years? How is your company helping them address these challenges?
Our key strength lies in flexibility. This means developing new machines and adapting them to meet customer demands in terms of speed and options. I believe Messersì Packaging is the ideal company to address future market requirements.

Could you explain what you’ve brought to the expo?
This is a mega jumbo roll of polyester thread.
Messersì Packaging is one of the largest manufacturers in Europe, producing polyester and polypropylene straps. We export to over 100 countries worldwide.
This roll represents the largest and heaviest we can manufacture, designed for high-volume strap consumers. Each roll contains between 10,000 and 20,000 meters of strap, which significantly reduces the need for roll changes during production. This makes operations easier for factory workers.
