“The new factory boasts a project capacity of 200 million m² per year, with an initial capacity of 60 million m²,” says Fernando Javier Tolosa Perez, Director General at Ondupack.
Key features of the facility include:
• Fosber Corrugator: 2.80 meters wide, operating at a speed of 420 meters per minute.
• BOBST Rotary Die Cutter: 1600×2800 mm, 5-color high graphics, equipped with dryers, interchangeable anilox rolls, artificial vision, and dual splitters.
• BOBST Casemaker: 900×2400 mm, 5-color high graphics, equipped with dryers, interchangeable anilox rolls, artificial vision, and dual fold.
• Emmepi Automatic Horizontal Warehouse and Emmepi Output Line.
