“Many people want to see the pallegator in action — but not everyone can travel to operating plants where the technology is already installed. That is why we decided to create a permanent demonstration center here in Leutershausen.”
With these words, Rustem Karimov, CEO of ixs-pal, explains the idea behind the new demonstration center launched together with PCA Roboter- und Verpackungstechnik GmbH in Germany.
The new site in Leutershausen is not just a showroom. It is a fully operational environment where visitors can see the pallegator running live, test pallets, evaluate productivity and better understand the technical possibilities of corrugated board pallet production.

Corruga.expert spoke with Rustem Karimov about why the company decided to open the center and why the mission of replacing wooden pallets still remains at the core of the project.
— Rustem, how did you come to this idea?
“Very often, companies want to touch the pallets, test their strength, bring their own products, see the machine running live and understand how corrugated board pallets can work in real logistics operations.
That is exactly why we decided to create this permanent demonstration center together with our partner PCA Roboter- und Verpackungstechnik GmbH.”
— So this is more than just a showroom?
“Absolutely. This is a real working environment. The machine is already running here. Visitors can see the entire production process, evaluate productivity, discuss automation possibilities and test different pallet applications in practice.
We wanted to create a place where companies could come not just to watch — but to understand.”
— And your environmental mission continues as well?
“Yes. Our mission to free the world from wooden pallets continues.
We strongly believe that corrugated board pallets can become one of the important sustainable alternatives for modern logistics and packaging industries. They are recyclable, lightweight, cleaner and more adaptable for many applications.
For us, this is not just a machine. It is part of a much bigger transformation.”
— So companies can already visit the center?
“Of course. We invite everyone to Leutershausen. Come, see the pallegator in operation, test your own materials and discover what modern corrugated board pallet production can look like.”
