In November 2025, Palm Group announced the acquisition of a 50% stake in Power Packaging s.r.o., a corrugated packaging specialist based in Nýrsko, western Czechia, located very close to the German border.

Expansion Strategy
Palm Group is actively pursuing expansion across Europe, and the joint venture with Power Packaging in Czechia is part of this broader growth trajectory. Earlier in June 2025, Palm finalized the acquisition of five corrugated packaging plants from International Paper, following approval by the European Commission and French antitrust authorities.
