HP offers a range of machinery dedicated to the corrugated market, supporting various applications. Specifically, we manufacture equipment designed for post-print applications on corrugated board.
For this purpose, we have the HP PageWide C550 and C550 sheetfed machines, capable of handling corrugated boards from E-flute to double-wall configurations. These machines provide high throughput and exceptional productivity, operating at three shifts per year and capable of producing up to 10–12 million m² annually.
Flexible Digital Printing for Small Runs
This digital printing solution is designed for short-run production, allowing businesses to print anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 boards or square meters with fast time-to-market. Additionally, it uses water-based ink, ensuring safety and sustainability.
Here, we have samples of printed corrugated boxes, showcasing the high-quality digital output. We can print on both white uncoated liners and Havana-colored surfaces. The quality is comparable to offset printing, providing a vivid and natural appearance.

HP’s Pre-Print Solutions
Our corrugated printing solutions also focus on pre-print applications, where the reels are printed before they go through the corrugation process. We offer three main presses:
- T400 – A 1.06-meter-wide web press ideal for small-scale production.
- T700 – A 1.8-meter-wide machine, specifically optimized for lamination applications.
- T1195 (our flagship model) – The Ferrari of digital printing, operating at 305 linear meters per minute, delivering exceptional uniformity and density for coated and uncoated materials.
Advanced Printhead Technology
The T1195 press features Gen 5 printheads, ensuring continuous ink recirculation from the large ink tanks to the printheads, preventing clogging and extending printer lifespan. Thanks to this optimized ink distribution, we maintain high-speed production while achieving superior print quality.
With precise ink application every 70 linear meters, the white remains vibrant, and overall print quality has never been better.
