Today, we have Michael Raab with us. Yes, yes—he has some news to share. He’s an old friend. But don’t let his youthful appearance fool you—he has been a trusted colleague for years!

Shifting Focus to Corrugated Packaging

In recent years, we have been transitioning from the folding carton market to the corrugated packaging industry. As part of this shift, we are showcasing the latest version of our sheet-to-sheet laminator, recognized as the top technology in the world for sheet-to-sheet laminating. This system is designed for inline machines, featuring a wet end with a corrugator positioned behind the laminating unit.

Primatech Srl is a leading provider of machinery for the corrugated and paper converting sectors, offering high-performance solutions for die-cutting, laminating, and finishing.

Additionally, we have developed die-cutting machines specifically for corrugated applications. To achieve this, we import base machines from Asia, then integrate our proprietary technology in Italy, ensuring cutting-edge performance while maintaining competitive market leadership.

Advanced Laminating & Precision Engineering

Here, we have a corrugated sheet laminating system, where a printed sheet is laminated onto an open flute corrugated sheet. Let me show you the process:

  • The normal E-flute sheet is glued in one section and laminated in another, all managed by an electronic register.
  • Our system eliminates front marks, achieving precision registration with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm on both the side and front edges.
  • It operates at 10,000 sheets per hour, making it one of the most advanced laminating technologies worldwide.

Made in Germany – Industry-Leading Innovation

This machine is a pure German design, well known across the industry. Since gaining exclusive representation on January 1st, this is our first public showcase in Italy at this exhibition. It represents just one part of a broader range of innovations we are bringing to the corrugated industry.

Join Us in Rome at FEFCO 2025

We will continue expanding our product offerings and look forward to presenting more technology advancements at FEFCO 2025 in Rome, where our solutions will be even more comprehensive.

We warmly invite you to visit us at FEFCO from October 8–10 to see our innovations firsthand.

Thank you for your time, and see you in Rome!
