Danny Lopez and Tom Staal have been elected to three-year terms.
In his role, Danny Lopez works closely with Haire’s international clients to innovate and develop new products.
Since starting his career in 2006 as an application engineer at Alliance Machine Systems International, he has designed corrugated plant layouts across North, Central, and South America. Later, he transitioned to roles in sales, management, and product support, serving Alliance customers throughout the western United States and Canada.
Drawing on his extensive experience as a plant floor supervisor and quality management professional, Tom Staal has played a pivotal role in Coastal’s evolution from a sheet plant start-up to a full-line corrugated plant.
A dedicated TAPPI member for 30 years, Staal has actively contributed to the Corrugated Board Technical Service Committee (CORBOTEC) and the Fiberboard Shipping Container Testing Committee (FISCOTEC). He has served as Chair of FISCOTEC and is currently the Vice Chair of CORBOTEC.
