What interesting products are you bringing to SuperCorrExpo 2024?
We have has three sizes of flexo-folder gluers. The first model is 618, the second is 1025, and the third is 1227. At our exhibition today, we are showcasing our QS-1227 machine.
At TCY, we have our own version of an HMI system to make it easy for operators to understand what they are doing or moving. For example, if I am going to move any section or position, they will know exactly what they are moving.
We also have an error code system. If an impression roll exceeds its limit, you just click it, and it will show the checkpoint and solution.
We aim to make it easy for operators and managers to use our machines.
Here, we have our printing section, an independent creaser starting section, a decoding section, and our folding section.
Our folding section is the best we have ever had. Each belt in our folding build can independently control and adjust the speed because it is independently servo-driven. If you encounter any issues and want to make adjustments, you can use this function to avoid problems.
TCY Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (also known as Tien Chin Yu Machinery Mfg. Co., Ltd.) was established in 1959 and is headquartered in Taoyuan, Taiwan. TCY is one of the largest players in the global flexo printing equipment market, specializing in the manufacture of flexo folder gluers, rotary die-cutters, and corrugators.
In our counter-ejection section, the movement is 35 cycles per minute, which is very fast. Today, we are running BC flutes at a speed of 250 and ten sheets per bundle. The counter-ejector will be moving fast, demonstrating the capability of our machine. We not only have fixed-size machines but also open-closed type machines.
From this view, you can see our range from mini to jumbo, top print to bottom print. We can cover everything. We provide solutions for both inside and outside print. Every size of machine can be equipped with the doctor plate system. The jumbo size stands for 2255 millimeters, which is really huge. It’s a super jumbo size.
